RETURN & REPLACEMENT

Any customer who has purchased product from 800carguru.ae shall be entitled for a return only if:

The customer will be liable for replacement if the product has been returned in the unused condition. Customer will be eligible for the replacement of same product within 7 days and only if the condition of product is intact as purchased. If it is opened, mounted on rim, driven, unpacked and any of the parts are missing then in such cases, customer will not be liable for replacement.if all the return conditions are met please ship the product back to us using a registered courier service and will issue a full refund,Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tempered with.

Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

If the product that has been ordered by the customer has not left the warehouse and within that duration, if the customer cancels the order, then no kind of deduction will be made. If the product has been shipped and after that, the order is canceled then the customer has to bear the shipping cost for returning the product. 800carguru.ae has the right to charge the amount from the customer for any direct or indirect loss of the product due to the return of goods.

Any charges related to the overstocking or administration charges will not be levied by 800carguru.ae on the customer. For complete understanding of the total cost incurred, customer can contact our service center. The cost of the goods return depends on the size and make of the product so it may differ from product to product.

We shall use only standard mode of product return.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their Orders/ Requested Services within 24 Hours; Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed with 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the debit/credit card.
